CMS is a compact orphanage set in the verdant hill station of Kodaikanal. It has been here for 53 years and is sponsored by patrons from Germany, Switzerland and India. The children's accommodation is very basic and cramped but colourful as the children decorated the rooms with paper flowers. The orphanage has stunning views of the picturesque town and this is a very cheerful and uplifting place to spend time for any volunteer.
